Meghan Markle recently revealed that she makes breakfast for her family every day, and said it “feels like the greatest way to start the morning.”
The Duchess of Sussex shared her morning routine on an episode of her “Archetypes” podcast, with actress Pamela Adlon.
In a sprawling conversation about being a wife and mother, Meghan noted that her daughter Lilibet Diana recently began walking, while son Archie Harrison, 3, is fully toddling.
The “morning rush” in the Sussexes Montecito, Calif., home includes Meghan giving Lilli a “little nibble” while she packs Archies lunchbox.
Harry helps get Archie downstairs, ready for school, then “I make breakfast for all three of them,” Meghan said. “It’s very important to me. I love doing it.”
