The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge surprised royal fans at a street party in North Kensington on Sunday, the final day of Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee.
Prince William and Kate Middleton took part in the St Helen’s Church Jubilee Big Lunch to mark the queen’s 70 years on the throne.
Sandra Duggan shared a video of the royal guests on Twitter, calling it a lovely surprise. Kate, who was wearing a blue dress with white polka dots, can be seen stopping to take photos with fans.
The event was just a short walk from Kensington Palace, the Cambridges’ official London residence.
