The funeral of Queen Elizabeth II was held in London, England on Monday, and one U.K. artist paid tribute with an unusual portrait of the late monarch.
A video shared by Twitter user @guest_rob shows a portrait of the queens profile made entirely from vegetable peels and scraps. The artwork includes potato, carrot, and a bit of green for detailing the collar and crown.
Queen Elizabeth died Sept. 8 at Balmoral Castle in Scotland at the age of 96. She ascended to the throne in 1952, making her the longest-lived and longest-reigning British monarch. Her eldest son and heir to the throne of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is now King Charles III.
A royal procession on Wednesday escorted the queens coffin to Westminster Hall to lie in state. Thousands of mourners stood in a miles-long queue for the viewing.
